Waste Management Strategy Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 (S.R. No. 178 of 2009).

[摘要] These Regulations implement selected Community provisions and amend the Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 so as to require the Department of the Environment to have a waste management strategy containing its policies in relation to the recovery and disposal of waste in Northern Ireland and satisfy specified requirements and they further concern the preparation or modification of the waste management strategy and public participation.
