Regional Law No. 52-ZS “On regional executive body and officials carrying out state environmental audit”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that regional executive body authorized to carry out state environmental audit shall be environmental department of the regional administration. It also establishes plenary powers of the officials of the aforesaid department related to carrying out state environmental audit.
