[摘要] These Regulations provide a formula for determining what emissions of greenhouse gases from international aviation and international shipping are to be regarded as Welsh emissions for the purposes of section 34(2) of the Environment (Wales) Act 2016, which require the Welsh Ministers to meet targets for reducing emissions of greenhouse gases from Wales and define Welsh emissions.
