[摘要] This Act shall apply to all civil ports, the internal waters, and marine areas where ships anchor for a specific purpose such as waiting, loading and unloading or to carry out works (sect. 2). The land and sea boundaries of each port shall be demarcated by resolution of the Council of Ministers.
