[摘要] The Law consists of 4 Sections composed of 19 articles dealing with the following matters: 1) general provisions (sect. 1, arts. 1-5); 2) compulsory certification (sect. 2, arts. 6-15); 3) voluntary certification (sect. 3, arts. 16-18); 4) liability (sect. 4, art. 19). The present Law establishes legal and economic basis for the certification of produce and service, and also the rights and the duties of the participant of certification.
