LAW No. 210 ON ENERGY SAVING

[摘要] This Law regulates energy saving for effective use of fuel and energy resources and environment protection. Energy saving - processes connected with extraction, processing, transportation, production, storage and utilization of all types of fuel and energy resources, heat and electric energy, and also renewable energy. The main principles of the energy saving: (i) efficiency; (ii) protection of environment and human health; (iii) use of renewable energy. The Law consists of six Chapters divided
