[摘要] The overall purpose of this Act, consisting of 100 sections divided into 15 Parts and completed by one Schedule, is to protect the Territory's marine and coastal environment by minimising intentional and negligent discharges of ship-sourced pollutants into coastal waters (sect. 5).
