Genetic Technology Competence Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Genetic Technology Act in its version of 16 December 1993(BGBl. I p. 534). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the designation of regional authorities responsible for the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 3 articles.
