Act amending Energy Supply Act, Natural Gas Supply Act and Energinet.dk Act (No. 633 of 2014).

[摘要] The Act partly amends Acts No. 1329, No. 1331 and No. 1097 - whereby it repeals articles regarding energy supply and related duty payment. In Act No. 1329 - the implementing EU directives are amended in the footnote, and the supply of electricity to end-consumers requires an agreement between the electricity consumer and a power trading company. An electricity consumer is free to choose electricity supplier. When changing there is no requirement of payment by the end-consumer. In Act No. 1331 –
