Disaster Management Act, 2011.

[摘要] This Act establishes the Department of Disaster Management and provides for the declaration of disaster areas and the management of consequences of disasters. It also stipulates that the Agreement establishing the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency set out in the Schedule 1 shall have the force of law in the Virgin Islands.
