Law No. 5491 amending the Environmental Law No. 2872.

[摘要] This Law amends the Environment Law No. 2872 by substituting some articles as well as adding new provisions. The purpose of the law shall be redefined as follows: “to ensure the preservation of the environment, which is a common asset of all living beings, through sustainable environment and sustainable development principles”.
