Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act-Fees Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act of 20 October 2015 (BGBl. I p. 1739). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to costs for official acts and proceedings carried out by the Federal Environment Agency resulting from the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 4 articles.
