Act amending Environment Protection Act and Planning Act (No. 742 of 2014).

[摘要] The Act partly amends acts No. 879 and No. 587 – in particular with regard to the elimination of hazardous waste as well as the delegation of VVM competence (municipally regulated adherence of assessment on effects to the environment) to the Regional Council. The Minister of Environment may implement requirement for payment for the elimination of waste in Denmark.
