Environmental Quality (Compounding of Offences) Rules 1978.

[摘要] According to section 2 (1) of the Rules, the sum of money to be collected for compounding an offence shall not exceed five hundred ringgit. Further provisions concern the method of payment of the sum. The Rules are completed by one Schedule containing the model form of the offer to compound an offence.
