Order No. 250 validating Compulsory Regulation related to navigation in the seaport of Sochi.

[摘要] This Order contains description of the seaport of Sochi, regulation on entry and exit of vessels, regulation on navigation of vessels within water area of the seaport, piloting of vessels, moorage, rules for ensuring ecological safety and other information envisaged by the national legislation regulating the sphere of commercial navigation. This Order shall be compulsory for all national and foreign vessels and for all natural and legal persons.
