Act amending Energy Law, Environment Protection Ac and the Act on conformity assessment system.

[摘要] The aim of this Act is the implementation of the Directive 2004/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of cogeneration based on a useful heat demand in the internal energy market, and thereby the growth of energy efficiency and the improvement of energy supply. The Act establishes provisions relating to the cogeneration defined as the simultaneous generation of heat and electrical or mechanical energy during the same technological process.
