[摘要] Article 1 of this Law repeals the first paragraph of article 3 of Law No. 3 of 1997. It changes the composition of the membership of the Council for the protection and improvement of the environment. Article 2 of this Law repeals the first paragraph of article 6 of Law No. 3 of 1997.
