[摘要] This Act establishes the National Policy and creates the National Council for the Protection of Environment. It consists of 13 articles laying down composition, duties and competencies of aforementioned administration and establishing the policy to be applied for the improvement of certain environmental sectors, such as re-using of water discharge, control of environmental pollution, soil erosion, etc.
