Chapter 2 of Title 6 of the Pohnpei State Code - Planning.

[摘要] This Chapter makes provision for developmental planning in the State of Pohnpei. The Chapter requires each local government to develop a comprehensive plan for the development of the area where it has jurisdiction. A plan shall consider, among other things, the conservation of natural resources and protection of the environment. The Chapter sets out the procedures for the approval of development plans by the Legislature and provides for hearings and review prior to approval.
