Regional Law No. 1062-V amending Regional Law No. 115-III “On allotment free of charge of land plots pertaining to public or municipal property”.

[摘要] Article 1.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Minimum land plot allotted to a citizen in accordance with this Regional Law shall be 0, 06 ha, while maximum land plot area shall be determined in accordance with land-use planning documentation established for municipal unit and city district on which territory it is located”.
