[摘要] The provisions of the Law shall, inter alia, apply to all sea-going ships which engage in exploiting, exploring and processing maritime resources (art. 3). Vietnamese ships shall be registered in the National registry Book of Sea-going Ships. Information which shall be registered is specified in article 14.
