Protection of the Sea (1992 Fund) Regulations 1994.

[摘要] These Regulations are made under the Protection of the Sea (Oil Pollution Compensation Funds) Act 1993 and implement provisions of that Act in relation with, among other things, registration and enforcement of judgements, jurisdiction court fees and record keeping and returns for purposes of provisions of the International Convention on the Establishment of an International Fund for Compensation for Oil Pollution Damage as amended by the 1992 Protocol.
