[摘要] This Order establishes the following model clauses for energy service contract for energy supply (except for natural gas): (a) arrangements ensuring energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency; (b) planned consumption of energy resources by consumer; (c) conditions of supply of energy resources by the vendor; and (d) payment terms and conditions.
