[摘要] Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Citizens, and also social associations and non-commercial organizations, performing activities in the sphere of environmental protection, shall have the right to assist state bodies of the Russian Federation, regional state bodies and local self-government in realization of the arrangements for organization, protection and management of protected areas”.
