Act amending the Act on maritime navigation.

[摘要] This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on maritime navigation. In particular, the present Act specifies the list of documents, diaries, and other shipping documents that must be kept for maritime vessels. This Act establishes also procedures for entry of maritime vessels to port and for refusal of entry, and provides details on insurance olf ship owners.
