Decree No. 170 of 1996 to establish supplementary provisions for maritime traffic in the territorial sea.

[摘要] This Regulations seeks to fill a gap in the regulation of Maritime Traffic by the Shipping Act particularly with respect to the prevention of collision on sea in areas near to large sea ports. The Regulation makes provision for navigation signs, communication of transport of dangerous or harmful substances, and amends various navigation regulations for specific areas. (32 articles)
