Instruction on the implementation of state control for compliance with the maximum permissible rates of toxic vehicle emissions for vehicles in operation and charging and collection of environmental fees for air pollution.

[摘要] This Instruction establishes that for individual vehicles, checks shall be performed at state control points with measuring instruments. In case of exceeding the maximum permissible rates of emissions, a protocol is drawn up for bringing to administrative responsibility in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and a decision is issued to ban the operation of this vehicle before adjusting the fuel system. An order is issued to correct deficiencies within 3 days.
