[摘要] These Regulations amend the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 in the definition of an “offshore installation” and allow the Department of the Environment to designate new certification and attestation bodies from time to time. They also revoke all provisions on prohibition notices in the principal Regulations.
