Regional Act No. 28 widening the taks of the Regional Agency for the Protection of the Environment (ARPA)

[摘要] The purpose of this Act is to widen the range of tasks and functions which belong to the Regional Agency for the Protection of the Environment (ARPA) established by Regional Act No. 60 of 1995. New functions are hereby entrusted to the ARPA, such as technical and scientific activities concerning the hydrographic service as well as monitoring and surveillance functions.
