[摘要] This Decree-Law approves EC Council Directive No. 96/61/ of 24 September on prevention and pollution control in view of environmental protection. It consists of 6 chapters and 5 annexes establishing integrated programmes on the control of pollution originated from certain activities in order to avoid or reduce air, water and soil pollution and to control and prevent noise and residues production. This Decree-Law is divided as follows: General provisions (chap. 1); Competent authorities (chap. 2)
