[摘要] This Decree approves the Regulation on biofuel and their mixture with fossil fuel. The Regulation, consisting of 8 Chapters, establishes the legal regime to be satisfied by any activity related to: production, processing, trade and supply of biofuel and its mixtures. It regulates the licensing for production, processing and storage of biofuel, as well as the control, storage, trade, supply contracts, prices and taxes, percentages of mixtures and suspension.
