Decree No. 42 of the Ministry of natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Instruction on registration of ozone depleting substances.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree sets forth the modalities of registration of ozone depleting substances by legal persons holders of special permits (licenses) for handling of ozone depleting substances. Registration of ozone depleting substances shall be considered systematic data collection, processing and treatment of data related to ozone depleting substances. Legal persons shall perform regular inventory of equipment and technical devices containing more than 3 kg of ozone depleting substances.
