[摘要] This Order aims to ensure that municipal planning contributes to the prevention of pollution in current and future groundwater resources in areas with special drinking water interests, and in areas of abstraction for public water supplies elsewhere. The order sets regulations in adherence to the Planning Act. The Municipality must exempt the mentioned areas from businesses or installations entailing significant risk of groundwater contamination.
