[摘要] These Regulations provide for amendments to the principal Regulations of 1994 by adding a regulation relative to port state control on operational requirements, i.e. inspection by an officer of the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources duly authorized of ships that are registered in another state that is a Party to the the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships Convention (MARPOL), when it is in a port within the jurisdiction of the State.
