[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of submittal by utilizer to the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the documentation certifying recycling of hazardous waste, the requirements for setting up and operation of recycling methods and facilities for hazardous waste, the amount of regeneration (recycling) of hazardous waste and the modalities of exoneration from payment of environmental fees for hazardous substances.
