[摘要] This Law regulates chemical manufacturing to ensure its safety for human health and life and the environment. Chemicals shall be classified by degree of hazard. The Law shall not apply to: (a) mineral deposits; (b) pharmaceuticals; (c) radioactive substances or radioactive waste; (d) foodstuffs; or (e) commodities that conserve chemical compositions and aggregate states and do not emit concentrated hazardous chemical substances.
