Executive Decree No. 197/08 on the authorities controlling gas grids and infrastructure.

[摘要] This Decree, composed of four articles and one Annex, approves the Statute of the authorities controlling gas grids and infrastructure. The annexed Statute is composed of three Chapters divided into 20 articles and one Annex. It defines the authorities’ main attributions, composition and competences. It also defines inspection procedures and sanctions/fines for non compliance. The Annex provides a copy of the gas inspection certificate.
