[摘要] This Decree establishes the following tasks and competences of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development: (a) elaborates and implements common state policy in the sphere of environmental protection, conservation and rational management of natural resources, land-use planning, tourism, hydrometeorology and subsoil management; and (b) within its competence elaborates and coordinates drafts of legislative acts complying with the requirements of the European Commission.
