[摘要] This Regulation consists of 22 sections and provides for the functioning of the Environmental Appeal Board in all appeals conducted pursuant to Part 4 of the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act or pursuant to any other enactment. It contains provisions on, among others, mediation (sect. 11), adjournments (sect. 16), decisions, reports and recommendations (sect. 17).
