Guidelines for the calculation on environmental fees.

[摘要] These Guidelines establish the modalities of calculation of environmental fees for: (a) emissions in the atmosphere; (b) discharge of pollutants into environment; (c) management (storage, disposal) of waste. Environmental fees shall be applicable to the established rate of emission and discharge of pollutants and to the excess thereof. Environmental pollution caused by unauthorized emission and discharge of pollutants exposed in the course of inspection shall be considered environmental offence.
