Regulation on the Level of Genetically Modified Organisms in Products which are Marketed and Not Labelled as Products Containing Genetically Modified Organisms.

[摘要] This Regulation establishes the levels of genetically modified organisms under which the products are marketed, and with accidentally or technically unavoidable traces of authorized genetically modified organisms that cannot be excluded, but without the necessary label as product containing genetically modified organisms.
