[摘要] Item 3 (1) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Purchase, sale, collection, storage, re-circulation (recycling), rehabilitation, treatment, rendering harmless ozone depleting substances and disposal thereof shall be performed upon availability of special authorization (license) for performance of activities causing environmental impact”.
