Experimental Act City and Environment (No. 684 of 1998).

[摘要] This Act makes provision with respect to planning and ecological experiments in urban areas. City Councils may take decisions derogating from existing requirements regarding soil, water, etc in experimental areas within 5 years from the date of entry into force of this Act if it holds that the experiment will contribute to the improvement if the environment and quality of live.
