Ministerial Decree No. 658 validating the Regulation on criteria of classification of the territory for environmental protection purposes.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the criteria of classification of the territory for environmental protection purposes with a view of protection of the territory, population and environment against natural and technological disasters of global, regional and local type. The territory shall be classified into three categories with the consideration of potential risks and socio-economic consequences of disasters.
