Law No. 707 “On ecological monitoring”.

[摘要] This Law establishes organizational, legal, economic and social basis for ensuring ecological monitoring. The Act consists of 5 Sections divided into 22 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) organization of state system of ecological monitoring; (3) competence of the state executive bodies in the sphere of ecological monitoring; (4) regulation of activity in the sphere of ecological monitoring; and (5) conclusive provisions. Ecological monitoring shall be carried out for the following purposes:
