Regional Law No. 257-III-Z “On state support of tourism”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes forms and arrangements for state support of tourism with a view of attracting investments in this sector. State support shall be considered a set of organizational, legal, economic and other arrangements envisaged by this legislative act. Basic principles of state support of tourism shall be conservation, rational management of natural resources, objects of historical and cultural heritage and promotion of regional and inter-regional tourism.
