[摘要] The present Regulation enacts the Biofuels Act encouraging and supporting the production and use of cleaner fuels, such as, for example, biodiesel or ethanol. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the granting of subsidies for the production of biodiesel, a safe, non-toxic and biodegradable fuel. The text consists of 9 sections.
