Regional Law No. 206 “On radiation safety of the population”.

[摘要] The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure constitutional right of citizens to favourable environment and protection of public health by protection against ionizing radiation. The main targets of this Regional Law shall be cooperation between state bodies, local government and organizations using sources of ionizing radiation, and cooperation between regional authorities and neighbouring countries for ensuring radiation safety.
