[摘要] This Law establishes the right of citizens to the protection of public health. The Cabinet of Ministers shall have the following competence in the aforesaid sphere: (a) ensuring the right of citizens to the protection of public health; (b) implementation of the state policy; and (c) public information regarding natural disasters.
