Regional Law No. 027-ZO “On energy saving”.

[摘要] The scope of this Regional Law shall be to set forth the necessary conditions for efficient use of energy resources with a view of improvement of ecological situation. The main directions of state policy in the sphere of energy saving shall be as follows: (a) efficient use of energy resources and improvement of energy saving; (b) state regulation in the sphere of energy saving; (c) state supervision over utilization of energy resources; and (d) tariff regulation.
